Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is included when possible
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds typically process within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same initial return process
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used water sports equipment (paddles, wetsuits, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original packaging that affects resale value
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
Adventure-Ready Guarantee
We test all our gear in real outdoor conditions, and we expect it to perform for you too. If you have any issues with product performance outside the return window, contact us – we may be able to help with repairs or warranty options.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original customs/duties fees
